"Paddock Pools was once the premier pool builder in the state. It is no longer so. The executive environment is quite caustic with one exception. A member of the ownership feels it is their responsibility to step on toes and get in the way of people doing their jobs by telling them how they need to do it, having no experience in any of the corporate functions.Changes in position, for better or worse, are never compensated. It is merely more work for job security. Just my observations."
