"Looking to work here? It's just another Left leaning company trying to be the google of tech support. "Wrong thinking" will get you a write up due to "Conduct unbecoming of a team member". Everyone has a glooming feeling of not if your fired, but when. Unless you're pals with the burn out techs from the merge. Which they NEVER SHUT UP ABOUT. The environment is Asian or nothing, CIS-White Male? Start counting your days. Women seem to keep the CO's happy so they are a little more stable. If it wasn't for Island Insurance and its partners that place would be under water. Need small-med business tech support? Go ask the businesses around yours who they use. guarantee it won't be PacXa. On a positive, some of "The Project girls" are decent 5-8 if you're into Asian women. Oh and the self titled "CTO" is a proud University of Phoenix grad...so ya. Your call, but there are other tech support companies that are more professional than these guys and they actually know what they are doing."

"Employee morale was horrible due to management. Many employees left due to this."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on being an Enterprise solutions company, value your employees and treat them like they are the ones bringing in the money. Honestly you're a consulting company so nothing would be more true."
