"You better do your homework. You better know what were allo about because our CEO is as sharp as a whip. And DO NOT lie to him. He will know. Its way better to admit you just dont know about something than to try to bluff and have him tie you into a corner."

"Sometimes management doesnt have any idea what it takes to get a job or task done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay attention to what your workers are saying to you. Were not slacking off. If we say it will take this long we truely believe it will take that long. And we dont need you to micromanage our every move. We know what to do, if we dont we will ask."
