What do you like about working at Baxa Corp.?

"Life was highly relaxed having moved to Baxa after 30+ years on the East Coast. Very helpful, joyous & friendly staff. I enjoyed coming to work; no hang-ups."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Good, fun loving company to work for with limited medical benefits but competitive / fair salary structure."

What don't you like about working at Baxa Corp.?

"Having moved from a $12 Billion international company, I noted that Baxa operated with tunnel vision. Full potential of employees was not always tapped. Depended too much upon high priced consultants when required solutions were available in-house amongst competent staff members."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Technically weak - both in R & D and on the manufacturing floor; needs shaping up. Don't operate as a mom & pop shop. Be open to recommendations of new employees - they may not have ulterior motives!!"
