What do you like about working at SDI Technologies?

"I loved my job as a toy package designer. Being surrounded by toys gave me inspiration to make my designs more fun, more fresh... I felt that my work was alive!"

What don't you like about working at SDI Technologies?

"The people in position to supervise at SDI/KIDdesigns had poor managerial skills. Often, projects were dropped because of lack of research, development, and a blatant under estimation of time. Managers also lacked interpersonal skills and the ability to oversee the project scope, which resulted in confusion and the dissemination of team unity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Perhaps take project management courses."
