"I have worked for this company for two years and this has to be the most unfair company I have ever worked for. You are promoted based on your looks and who you know at the corporate office. The people that work the hardest and have the most knowledge are constantly being passed up by entry level employees with little to no banking experience. The pay is very low for all the work that you do and the unrealistic goals you are expected to achieve. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company."
