"I have worked here for almost three years, it is a great company, but everyone is overworked and they do not care about the quality of product being produced. I am looking to work with people to take their job seriously and love what they do. I like to take pride in the company that I am employed with and this is very hard to do here at this time. There is also no real room for growth as I was told during the interview there would be. No improvement suggestions were taken seriously."
