"My fellow employees are wonderful and hard working people. Everyone works together to accomplish the common goal and rarely does personal like get tangled up at work."

"I would wait. The outlook of Pacific Capital Bank does not look very good. I don't even know if it will last this year."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Capital Bancorp?

"It seemed as if there wasn't much leadership which allowed many projects to go in a bad direction. Career growth as well as compensation increases was put to a halt for the last 2 to 3 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Changing the name of a department and shuffling duties around is not necessarily progress. Implementing individuals into roles to act as red tape is a waste of time and funds."
