"look somewhere else. you can make as much or more working less hours. There wasn't any togetherness in the workplace."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Builders?

"didn't listen to newer employees, took the side of long time sub contractors even when hurting projects, upper management treated certain people differently than others. it was hard to please the occupants and complete projects when you are the only one doing the work, excuses were made for people they liked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"when you have a manager trying to complete projects for you and your subcontractor isn't doing their job (either quality or time wise per the schedule), just because they have been making money for you along time doesn't excuse them from job duties. You need to give the manager some backing or he has little control on the job-site. More of a team atmosphere and working together."
