"When I was hired, there were different departments and no communication nor training. I didn't receive any training until 2 months after. I wish there was more training and I wish the training director actually did his job well. He was a self glorified guru but you take out some good nuggets from him as well. The general agent is extremely supportive and is working on making the office culture better. I had the pleasure to meet the partners and owners. They too were supportive but they run other offices and therefore were too far removed."
