"I've worked for PM&A since May of 2018 as an intern. As a small, quickly growing company of about 150 employees spread across three locations, their motto is "Freedom and Responsibility." Management expects employees to perform their duties without much supervision while giving them freedom with their schedules and dress. They hold many events in the office to facilitate a fun work culture as well events that encourage networking with clients. They provide engineering, construction, and consulting services nationwide, with many big-name clients in construction and telecommunication industries. They emphasize nurturing the relationships with current clients and acquiring new clients to further grow their influence in industry."
