"All I can say is if you are a professional and someone who has ethics, this is not the place for you. I've worked at some awful places but this was by far the worst job I ever had. It was full of people who could not tie their own shoes let alone engineer and manage a project. The office is one step above a white collar prison. Nobody cares about anything except finding a way to blame someone else. I can describe in words how bad both upper middle function that is if they ever did. You constantly have to watch your back and be prepared to defend yourself by your so called team members. I do not like to bash places that I worked at but I could care less what they think. Do not work here, let me repeat myself, do not work here!"

"Ozonia is a very depressing place to work for due to attributes of hostility, abuse and the general lack of learning the product which results in a high turn around. Some insight and facts about this fading so called company . Electrical Engineering is completely lost and incapable of real designing methodology in improving an already outdated product-Technology. Clients are frustrated with no support from Ozonia Engineers or customer service if you call it this. Upper Management looks out for themselves and not the employees. Ozonia tends to trips over its own footpath continually with serious flaws of trying to look professional. Most of the management at Ozonia could never work for another company due to the inherent lack of ethics and inferior qualities they grown into. The Product line is outdated and consistently needs support due to poor decision making. There is nothing much to say about the bureaucratic system Ozonia operates within, other than it's the shovel that digs the hole which dictates their demise. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you see an opening from IDI / Ozonia, on any Job site please review the poor feedback prior to submittal. Hopefully your Intuition will tell you not to apply and to move onward. Similar Companies will pay greater in the salary range and with better benefits packages. Other than this, it is great for Interns so they understand the differences between a poorly run companies versus the real corporations today."

"Working for oia is frustrating due to limitations in funding, resources and ego issues with poor upper management. Need to leave and find a better environment to work in and grow. Relocation is not an issue."
