"The work was dynamic and always had something new but the owners placed their kids in positions they couldn't handle and if you were not family you were not moving up. They treated their employees very badly, to the point that most people walked around fearing losing their jobs on a daily basis for completely arbitrary reasons. Managers berated employees in front of others and this was typical of the culture of the organization. I started looking for a new job on my second day there. Terrible."
