"This is a very difficult place to work. Many great people, but overall a very competitive, negative, and divisive culture. There is also a tendency to micromanagement in that it is difficult for even a mid-level manager to authorize more than 16 hours of work without going to an executive committee. I honestly would not recommend it unless it is your only option."

"I would only suggest that they give some paid emergency or sick days instead of working on a point system."
