"The work is fine. It's a job. The operating model doesn't work for a software company. Clients are treated like gold and given the power to dictate deadlines. There is no organization or structure around the actual work that has to be done. If you don't fit in and integrate with the team you'll be pushed out socially and treated with passive aggressive hostility until you quit."
