"This company is all about themselves. They demand perfection and pay below average. They expect salaried managers to put in a ton of hours and the support for you is zero. They talk up a good storm however they do not stand behind their managers. They are so afraid of losing the casino accounts that they overreact to everything. Hard to respect that type of upper management, which is why there is so much turnover."

"Don't expect any cooperation from management. Expect low pay and extreme personal bias from managers."

What don't you like about working at Ovations Foodservice?

"Overpowering management that has no concept of the job, management seems to be offended that I make more money than them and tries everything they can to cut my pay. Management going crazy with write ups that are always unjustified. No respect for time on job or excellent performance ratings. Constant harassment!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire current manager and get someone with fewer mental issues. Delusions of grandeur."
