"Great atmosphere as staff are fun to work with. It has a busy environment as customer call all across Canada. The downfall is salary are low in comparison to the work load I put for the company. In addition, there is a lot of miscommunication and a lack of management presence. If it wasn't there particular reasons, I would recommend this place. However, it is better for anyone who is looking currently job searching to look for other companies before stumbling on Ovation."
