"I've worked for Outward for nearly a year now. The company has a fun vibe thanks to working with so many artists. From an engineering perspective, it's been a rough ride. Critical systems seem to break down at the worst of times and documentation in my team when I joined was virtually nonexistent. If they can improve their deployment process and critical system reliability they should have a bright future ahead."
