"The best suggestion that I can make is realize that the owner fully expects every ounce of you and to go above and beyond the job description. Joining B2B organizations and delving into charitable organizations. I respect this because I feel giving back to a community is the best PR a company can possibly acquire, so having your employees give of their time is not too much to expect. just know it is expected."

What don't you like about working at College Bound Movers?

"Limiting career-wise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing really. It suits them to work in a small environment with no opportunity for advancement. I understand this and respect them for their decisions, however I personally would like to see the company go in a direction of growth - get a contract with a major moving company and further develop a brand that people can identify with beyond NH."
