"Ask the interviewing manager on how serious they are on getting into a market that will take a long term committment to break into."

"They need to place qualified branch managers in their struggling branches."

"They need to do more joint sales calls with their outside sales reps to get a better sense of what is happening in their market place and not just preach Sales 101 techniques."
