"I love meeting new people and different associations/partners and organizations in the process of my Outreach. From hosting educational seminars and events in the community to partnering with small business owners to increase and promote our insurance. It has benefited me in expanded my network and also getting to know my community a lot more. However, the only thing that I hated is to not do enrollments for the company."

What do you like about working at MeHI?
"This is a new program and a start up for the state of MA, working directly with Mass Health has been a rewarding experience. I also love being a part of the Leadership Committees because the entrepreneurial ideas that we discuss are at the forefront of the transformation of healthcare."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would make sure the person applying asks themselves if they are passionate about the transformation of healthcare, if they are not they should not work here."
What don't you like about working at MeHI?
"I feel that I have exceeded my position and would llke to broaden my position. I would like to work with a variety of EHRs, educate, help the clients with implementation, education and demystify meaningful use for those providers/clients that are holding back from it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since I work for a start up we have had to develop processes as we work, so the natural evolution of these workflows change, it's challenging to the staff that have to remain flexible. My recommendation would be to slow down and evolve in a more meaningful way, methodically not reactive, but proactive."
What do you like about working at Comcast?
"I enjoyed the strategic planning for innovation to deliver the best products to the customers."
