"I've worked for Thyssenkrupp/Outokumpu for over two years now. When we were taken as a company a year and a half ago, we were told that our jobs would be secure for 4-5 years. Now they are forcing us into an outsourcing situation. My desire at the time I started to work for Thyssenkrupp was to stay with a company for a long time. Now that isn't possible."
