"I have been with Outerstuff since 2019. Unfortunately, I came into the company right before Covid 19 really took over in the United States but it was eye-opening to see the lack of empathy or responsibility this company has towards its employees. If you are okay with just being a face in the crowd then this company is for you, but all others stay clear."

"I worked at Outerstuff and I had an amazing manager who allowed me to receive proper training and improved my skills. The company overall needs to improve worker appreciation, allowing workers to apply for upper-level jobs and be taken seriously. Why do you need to hire someone new when you have workers that can do the job of a manager? There are people who have the experience and education to take on a leading role, who are loyal to the company."
