This is great because it means the CEO sees his company not only from an executive's point of view, but also as a therapist. Outcomes has become an important part of keeping senior citizens mobile and independent.It is nice to be a part of team that is actively working to enrich the lives of seniors. Therapists have schedule flexibility and often work in one senior community, with very limited driving, which is awesome for home health! I would say the only downside is that the caseload can vary and as therapists we are always at the whim of insurance companies."
