"There were no advancement unless I obtained a teacher license."

"Years of teaching experience and training should be able to replace a teacher license."

"There needs to be a change at the top and not at the middle managment level."

"I don't like the pay and the fact every time you take on a new position, you start over at a lower level which create a bumping process based on the years you have been in a particular position."

"There was no real continuity around trainings and so many older teachers seemed to be very cynical and apathetic, at least at my site."

"Provide trainings for teachers and administrators around morale."
