4I have worked at Össur since February of 2018. The company has a wonderful culture, and amazing work life balance. Management and leaders are thoughtful and encouraging which helps to make the everyday work life fly by. The organization is very "flat" in which being able to communicate and interact with upper management is within arms reach, which was a rare thing for me in the past.
not having new products for ads from RnD when that said we would would put us months behind, and in the end lead to the laying off of a number of people because we could not produce any new ads or marketing materials for products we didnt have.
