"I've worked for FIStaffing Inc, which is a company that is contracted with many different properties that send employees to the desired location to work. I've been with the company for about 2 years until I was transferred permanently to my current job at OSI management for 3 years. The company runs well with meeting the client's needs, but fails to meet certain desires of the employees, Due to the heavy workload in the company- the pay is not the appropriate amount for the amount of work there is. There have been certain cases where other employees would be disrespectful to one another and the higher management wouldn't take full action and make an appropriate solution."
