"I've worked for Oser Communications Group for about two years now, and while it is a fair place to get started in the career world, it is not kind to the go-getter or the team player. There is heavy dissent among management, unfortunately. There is little to no communication between departments, and organized chaos is simply business as usual with no effort to improve conditions. The improvements can be made - but the chaos is simply to prevalent for it to make a notable difference."
