What don't you like about working at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics?
"As a medical device company, most of our work is to please the FDA. There is a lot of very detailed documentation. The company is very slow to change, as they want to make sure the FDA will be happy with any change made. For example, we are still using IE6 because of the expense of a validation effort to show that all our processes work correctly in the latest version of IE."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find more ways to integrate the latestes software processes with FDA compliance."
