"I worked as a Mortgage Underwriter for the Mortgage Lending Division of this employer. The manager of the Mortgage Lending Department has no people skills at all. Her ADD is off the charts. She screams at the top of her lungs at you when she does not get her way. She allows processors to move out settlement dates on purchase loans. She has her favorites that are truly obvious. Other than this department the bank itself is not bad. They have good health coverage and a nice Operations Center. HR however will not back you when you have a complaint about the manager of the mortgage area. They tend feel sorry for her when they approach her because she lets out a big sob story to them instead of the actual facts."
