"Demanding schedule independent of the work required. Rigid inept management that didn't allow for consensus operations. Irrational design restrictions. Excessive security inteference with work."

"Hire more experienced managers that know how to work with people. Get a consensus on the project approach and tools before you insist on an approach path to the solution."
