"I really didi't like anything about this company< but at the time I had no choice because I had no experiance."

"I would tell anyone who wants to apply at this company to stay away unless they dont need any guidance,"
What don't you like about working at Creative Funding Group?
"I really didn't get along with any of the people there. I had to process my own loans because there was no processor. There were no managers so I had to learn everything on the fly which made me better at what I do now."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The owner needed to hire an experianced management team so that the company would be able to move in a profitable direction."
