"long hours low pay demanding customers and bosses,expect you get everything done with little to no staffing,and no matter how good your store is doing they always want more more more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"First of all I would hire knowledgable people, pay them a wage they could actually live on and make sure the stores have adequate staffing so that all required tasks could be completed without some of the tms working 60 to 70 hours a week to complete them."
