"I have worked at Oregon State Credit Union for over six years, and have been given the opportunity to advance during this time. Most of my time at the credit union has been wonderful. The benefits are excellent and the pay is decent. However; expectations are high and there is a tendency to keep a small staff which can result in quite a bit of overtime in some departments."
