"Overall Orbus was a great place to work from my fellow employees, my boss, and upper level management. When i was hired the Product Development Department was going through an overhaul. I would consider myself some of the "new blood", that was being brought in to bring new ideas on how to design and manufacture new products. The previous manager of Product Development did not have a good new product launch for 2019. This lead to some other departments not taking Product Development seriously, which was frustrating at times. If COVID-19 did not happen, the Product Development Department would have had various new products that would have impressed the rest of the company."
