"Working with this team to put together an app to help save local restaurants has been both hardworking and rewarding. Although the business model has changed a few times in the early stages, there was always an open dialogue and the CEO and other members of the team welcomed ideas and suggestions. The CEO would also be highly sensitive to whether new feature ideas would be do-able without overloading the developers or causing frustration with already built features. I think that because everyone on the team are experienced software engineers, they are very good at debugging and planning out where data will be sent and stored. Although stand-up times can run much longer than intended at times, for the most part, everyone on the team shares the same sense of urgency to launch the application as soon as possible."
