"The product has an amazing amount of potential, and the client list is quite impressive, but the culture has turned toxic and fearful. Most departments are blocked from doing their jobs either by bugs in the product or by the white-knuckled grip the CEO keeps on day-to-day happenings. There is very little trust between upper management and employees and collaboration is discouraged."
