"The culture and the family that owns is fantastic. The company is performing very well and they share the success with leadership."

"Watch out for empty promises. If possible, talk with current employees in the area you are interviewing. There are plenty of employees who will tell the real story which often times is not what you will hear during the interviewing process."
What don't you like about working at Orange Lake Resort?
"Politics and senior leadership who is in over their heads. There is inadequate leadership in the resort operations area with regards to the VPs who are in charge of the operation. They are not engaged and can't keep up with leadership in their respective areas. There is very little support provided by leadership and HR."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Re-evaluate the recent growth and the leadership that is in place. As the company and business has grown, the responsibilities have surpassed the capabilities of resort operations management in a few areas."
