"I was initially interviewed for the Manager position, but after reviewing my credentials, the Administrator believed that I wasn't qualified enough. However, because she liked me and thought I could provide a valuable asset to the company, she created the Assistant Manager position for me. Unfortunately after a few months, she had to lay me off due to unforeseen costs and could could not afford to pay me anymore. I did not have enough time to really make a huge impact at the company."
