"I have been used Oracle and SAP in about same period of 8 years. Though they're different in setup and development environment, I see common strategy to work with those two different ERP systems. Writing SQL scripts and reports are my daily routine and I enjoy analyzing user's new request and give them solution as best as I can."

"The people, they are not only caring and understanding but they are brilliant and eager to help. It is very easy to grow when you have help and opportunity."
What don't you like about working at Axispoint?
"The opportunity that I seek is not there. They build software and I would like to dive deeper into reverse engineering."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respect your employees. Employees know when their boss doesn't respect them and in return will not do more than bare minimum for him/her. If an employee has free range to balance their personal life and develop new ideas, that employee will be more productive."
