"As a CSA, I expected to get a lot of upset members calling in. I had compassion training to assist with helping these kinds of members. Everything seemed great until it took 2 years for a raise and then the raise was 1% of my pay. The stocks are climbing, the company has nothing but awesome reviews for quarterly statements, and I got 1% increase. I honestly got a larger raise working at Arby's. Moving up within the company is based on how much someone likes you, but on your skills too. If people dislike you, do not expect to move up in the company."

"Worked here for several years, way too long. They do not show any form of appreciation for employees who are with them a long time and work hard. They will hire a temp that knows nothing over you, because they have 'supervisor experience' and pay them more, and then make you train them! Management skills are the worst I have ever heard of!Absolutely no moving up within this company unless you are a temp and get hired full time. Yearly raise... sure. 32 cents. Does nothing. And that's only if they decide to give you a raise.Unprofessional people. I would never send anyone here to work! Stay away!"
