"OPTK has a toxic culture, paying lip service to a mantra espousing valuing its employees while openly treating them with disdain. More than half the company has turned over in the past 18 months, a fact I wish I had known before accepting an offer to become the Director of Operations in July 2021. There are plenty of good people working in the organization, but without a complete overhaul of the leadership team, this is not a positive place to work."
