"If you are up for high stress and no recognition for your commitment go for it."

What don't you like about working at OptiSolar?

"The manufacturing management team and their leader. Production, purchsing and IT management severly under qulified. This made working at Optisolar terrible. I guess the only qulifications needed to hold these positions is to be a friend of the top guy. This is evedent since the group that is still there were hired by the top guy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire leadership that understands equipment and process not just production numbers. Also the investors should have put more financial accountability on the 2 main guys running the show."
