"I worked at Options for over three years. The team is very young and hard-working, expect to work long hours. There is a lot of change going on internally at the company, unsure how it will impact employees and clients in the near future. The senior managers/VPs the were hired externally (rather than internal promotion) do not have employee's best interests in mind. The environment is truly a start-up feel. However, it is a great company with a great product and an amazing group of people overall. You will have ample opportunity for travel, and you will eventually get to meet nearly everyone from the global offices. It is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to travel, want to learn, and willing to put in the work."
