"New reps were given carte blanche on rates! This allowed Brokers who really had an A customer to put their customer in SubPrime, and of course expected those rates later down the road. I feel rate exceptions should be limited based on each individual consumer rather than the Broker who has nothing to do with the performance of the loan!"
