"nice coworkers. nice building. nice website. some nice job titles. the view out the window. the bathrooms have nice toilet paper"

"Marvel at how good they sell the company. and don't believe a word of it. Look at how miserable everyone is there. It is like the munchkins in the land of Oz, prisoners of the wicked witch(es) (who happen to be married to one another and fight at work in front of staff and online to everyone, alot)"

What don't you like about working at Optimal Solutions Group?

"bad management. being treated like I am worthless and blamed for everything. Working 60-90 hrs/week and not given even a thank you. Never getting any approvals to use leave time. No chance to be creative"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire a management company to run the organization and then go to your beach house that you use as an IRS write off that is used by the company 1 day a year."

"Wonderful people on staff (but they dont stay long)"

"You will hear lots of great things. It sounds like a wonderful place but that is not the reality. And get everything in writing"

"High turnover, Owners have no respect or appreciation for staff. It is all about money. Always blame employees but staff not given time to learn the job since they are always replacing people who left. No expertise int he company. All focused on making thinigs look nice but no substance."

"The company needs work on its overall philosophy about people, its whole HR strategy, its management style."

"Get every thing you are promised in writing. Keep looking for a different place to work. Keep your mind open and pick up the negative signals. Don't believe what they say; look for evidence."

"Meanest and totally incompetent owners who do not value employees and always blame every one else. You can never do a good job even if your someone who did well in all you're other jobs. Very low morale. Shaky and shady. Greedest management. huge turnover all the time. no one stays unless they are stuck"

"Close the company. You should not be running anything."
