"If you go through your tickets like a fiend, everybody will like you. Personally, I found it's a mild heart attack to be involved in company culture because everybody is ready to form a personal opinion about you and you really have to be actively involved in learning aspects of your job in order to stay valuable. (your supervisors won't know what to provide unless you request it specifically) There are rewards but I agree with other reviews on separate sites when I say that this is a great place to begin an e-commerce career but growth is very limited if your career path does not involve strict programming."
