"I've worked at Optics 1 since I graduated, I actually started as an intern a semester before graduation and I have learned an exceptional amount about embedded systems. The work environment can be very draining, and sometimes the work expectations are unrealistic. Some of the management staff can be very hard to deal with, and project direction can be erratic."
