What do you like about working at Mirror Image Internet?

"The primary thing I like about my company is the people with whom I work. I support them, and they support me. Overall, the environment is very positive. We are able to have fun, but still get the job done.Additionally, we have a flexible work schedule which allows us to offset hours or work from home as needed. This gives us the freedom to work in a manner that best suits each person's style."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You need to be a self-starter. You need to be able to dig in and learn the environment without too much hand-holding. A thirst for knowledge goes a long way here."

What don't you like about working at Mirror Image Internet?

"For a long time now, the company has acted in a reactionary manner and does not seem to have a long-term vision."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company needs more long-term planning. Relying on systems until they have failed completely and then beginning a replacement plan leads to long-term issues. This impacts customers. We need to be more proactive, we need appropriate service/support contracts in order to resolve issues quicker as well."
