"Lower level managers should move up or move out: don't leave them in place to block change."

"Diverse environment. Some interesting and knowledgeable people to work with. Interesting projects and assignments"

"Be humble and present yourself professionally. Don't show any personality or initiative. Your extra work most likely will not be appreciated or valued."

What don't you like about working at Transera Communications?

"Competent management has left the company. Often highly moody and nervous senior management. Engineering has too much weight in the company and not willing to adapt the code to customer requirements. Misdirected guidance on some projects. No overtime pay, and absolutely no bonuses for anything (except for the senior management). Unfortunately extra work and initiative are not appreciated or rewarded."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Customer comes first. Platform stability and functionality is second. Constantly growing feature list which is not working should not be a priority."

What do you like about working at CompuCom?

"at the time I worked there which was many years ago, they had tools and had a very good relationship with our client, which made working there a lot easier. As a result from their client relationship, it was much easier to work with / for / and focus on the tasks at hand."

What don't you like about working at CompuCom?

"although I was very satisfied with my personal career growth, there were no clearly defined career tracks (at that time)....what I did not like was the fact that I had no opportunity to try another assignment or work at another client."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"train stronger leaders....You would benefit from a Management Leadership Training course. I suggest hiring leaders (such as myself) rather than managers, this will in turn bring about higher quality of innovation, happier employees, and higher retention rates."
